Delta State University (DELSU) Post UTME Screening Form for 2019/2020 Academic Session

Candidates who choose Delta State University, (DELSU) in the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are hereby informed that the much awaited Post-UTME screening forms is now available online.

The DELSU Post-UTME screening exercise will be conducted at site III, Abraka Campus from 5th August, 2019.

Candidates registering for the exercise should note that the on-line application will start from 8th July, 2019 and closes at 31st July, 2019.


All candidates who chose DELSU as the first choice of University and scored 170 can apply for the screening.


– Applicants should first visit the school website to generate a virtual PIN with N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira only).

    Payment should be made to any of the following banks.

  • Unity Bank
  • UBA
  • Zenith Bank
  • Fidelity Bank

While entering your data, Please ensure to input your Jamb Registration Number and Names correctly as errors will not be entertained.


STEP 1: Visit the school website

STEP 2: On the page, click Apply for Admission

STEP 3: Click Start

STEP 4: Select screening exercise

STEP 5: Click Apply and complete the form with valid JAMB Registration Number

STEP 6: Submit the form and generate PIN

STEP 7: Print out the PIN generated

STEP 8: Visit any of the specified banks for payment or Pay online

LAST: After payment return back to to print acknowledgement slip.

Please note that non-usage of the virtual PIN immediately for payment, will become invalid six (6) hours after generation.


  1. Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the front page of the website before completing the form.
  2. A valid mobile phone number and e-mail address must be given on submission of forms with which the University will communicate with candidates on dates of screening and venue.
  3. Candidates are expected to come along with photocopies of their credentials i.e. UTME result slip, SSCE/WASC result, local government of origin and birth certificate.
  4. Impersonation of any kind is not permitted any candidate caught will be handed over to the police and will automatically lose the chance of being considered for admission.
