Stage 1: What you are going to do first is to create a confirmation code with your mobile device/phone, by sending an SMS with your “Surname Firstname Other names” to 55019. For this service, Jamb will charge you a one time N50 for it. After sending the SMS, you will receive a confirmation code from JAMB. Let’s go to the next stage.

Also, take note: the phone number you will use for receiving the confirmation code must not have been used before now.

Stage 2: With your Confirmation Code, goto any of the following banks (Gtbank, UBA, Firstbank, Union bank etc) to purchase the JAMB E-pin. Upon getting to the bank, tell them you want to purchase Jamb Form. The person in charge will ask you to provide the confirmation code which JAMB sent to your mobile phone, this code is needed to generate your E-pin.

Stage 3: After purchasing JAMB E-pin, you are to proceed to any JAMB CBT Accredited centre close to you. The CBT center will ask you to provide your O’L result, JAMB E-pin, your confirmation code, and your passport (or they might take a picture of you using their Laptop).

Stage 4: After you have successfully registered for the JAMB 2019 Examination, you will be given a printout of the JAMB registration and also the compulsory storybook.

How much is Jamb Form

Please take note that purchasing of Jamb form will cost you a total of N6,200.00 only.
The breakdown:
JAMB E-pin + storybook =N5,000.00 + N500.00 (to be paid together in the bank)
CBT registration fee= N700 (to be paid after you have successfully registered at the Accredited centre)
